Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ITTDMC. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking will only be confirmed after the required advance payment has been received.
  • 50% of the total package amount must be paid online in advance to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid upon your arrival at the airport, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Additional services or upgrades requested after booking will be charged separately.

2. Package Inclusions

  • Services will be provided according to the package selected at the time of booking.
  • Any service not included in the selected package will be subject to additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Customers may cancel their booking within 24 hours of making the reservation, subject to applicable processing charges.
  • No refund will be issued after 24 hours of booking.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Customer Conduct

  • Any activity that is illegal under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan will not be supported or facilitated by ITTDMC.
  • Clients must behave respectfully toward our staff, partners, other customers, and the public.
  • Abusive, offensive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate cancellation of services without any refund.

5. Travel Documents

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any other required travel documents.
  • ITTDMC is not responsible for losses resulting from missing or invalid travel documents.

6. Changes to Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or activities due to weather conditions, government regulations, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to provide suitable alternatives.

7. Liability

  • ITTDMC acts as a travel service provider and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Customers are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • ITTDMC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Updated versions will be published on our website.
